We created Finding Your Well to help others define their "good" as an individual, group or organization. When you understand what your good looks and feels like, you can operate from a place of wholeness and better define your greatness.

Dr. Penn’s expertise in fostering well-being within teams has been evident in his collaborations with the UC Berkeley School of Public Health, where he facilitated the "Community C.A.R.E. As an empowerment intuitive, Cardum Harmon Penn guides others to define and find their wellness. She works one on one, with groups and organizations to build resilience and restore well-being for themselves and their communities.
As former CEO of Heart and Soul, Inc., Cardum promoted whole person-centered program models and trainings emphasizing an engagement philosophy focused on resiliency, recovery and healthy work environments. What inspires her most about such an approach is that it allows those in need to experience a process that is non-pathologizing, encourages empathetic responsiveness and places emphasis on an integrated approach. Based on the premise that crisis can be potentially transformative and a temporary, natural experience, she believes recovery is possible.
In her previous role as Program Manager for a nonprofit, Health and Human Resources Education Center, she successfully managed five innovative community health-focused programs bringing healing and education to the communities they serve. As a Campaign Manager for Alameda County’s 10x10 Wellness Campaign, she effectively maintained a diverse campaign steering committee and subcommittees. These county and community-based committees promoted wellness from a holistic perspective and a desire to reduce stigma by spreading awareness of mental health issues from a strength-based perspective.
With a Master’s degree in Culture and Spirituality, Cardum has studied and experienced various faith traditions and worked as a wellness consultant and retreat facilitator in the Bay Area for over 25 years.
At Finding Your Well, Cardum helps individuals, groups and organizations define their "good" by providing trainings, one-on-one support, strategic visioning to restore wellness, integrity and empowerment within diverse environments.
